Arie Beard
Managing Partner
Arie Beard is a dedicated professional based in Utah, where she lives with her daughter, boyfriend, and three step kids. With a background in acquisitions for a multifamily real estate investment company, Arie discovered her passion for real estate investing and is committed to expanding her knowledge in the field. Her responsibilities included investor relations and managing acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring deals were successfully closed. Additionally, Arie created and implemented systems for seamless transactions throughout the entire cycle of a property, from acquisitions to asset management and the sale of properties.
Arie is known for her organizational skills, hard work, and drive. She excels in building relationships and is dedicated to bettering the lives of those around her and in the communities her team invests in. Outside of her professional endeavors, Arie enjoys sports, traveling, and coaching her daughter's sports teams, continuing a family legacy of coaching.
Brandon Swindall
Managing Partner
Brandon is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for multifamily real estate investing and has a background in collegiate division one football and professional sports. Brandon started his real estate journey working for a Multifamily educational company where he taught potential investors how to analyze and underwrite deals which has allowed him to transition from educating investors to building his own multifamily real estate portfolio. Brandon currently has $24.7MM worth of assets under management.
Brandon’s journey is defined by his relentless drive to achieve his goals and make a meaningful impact. His competitive nature, fostered through years of athletic pursuit, fuels his determination to succeed in the world of real estate. With a focus on both financial success and community development, Brandon is committed to creating value for investors while positively influencing the neighborhoods in which he invests. Brandon now lives in Orlando, FL with his wife and son creating a legacy for himself and others.
